I had a problem with one of the tenant’s hot water heaters. Within 30 minutes of calling Hawthorne Mechanical, a plumber was at my house to replace the pilot light. While doing repairs on the one water heater, the plumber, Paul noticed a small leak and some corrosion on the other water heater. After fixing the pilot light quickly and with no disruption, he was also able to set me up with a date and price to remove and install a new water heater. He was extremely professional and courteous the entire time. Two days later I had no worries as everything was fixed and handled by Hawthorne Mechanical. They will be my only call for any plumbing needs in the future.

We had a gentleman named Frank he did some work at our home. He replaced a water pipe. He was excellent and cleaned up after himself. I recommend this company to anyone if you need work done. They are the best, very respectful,  wore a mask and protected us at our home.

“The cut off valve broke off when we were trying to turn off the water to the house. We called Hawthorne Mechanical Contractors and they put us on the schedule immediately and told us to call them as soon as the city was at our home to shut off the water at the meter. Rob was at our home within an hour of us calling him back. He replaced the cut off valve and then found the damaged pipe when looking at the pressure-reducing valve. He got what he needed to fix the pipe and replace the valve, and got us up to code by adding a strainer. He was very professional, and did an excellent job.”

The next day a crew was on site and had trenched and laid pipe parallel to the old pipe so that they could make the cutover without any significant loss of water to the house.
